I WANT TO EMPOWER YOU BY GIVING YOU THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO HEAL YOURSELF. but i want you to know that getting better requires that you do your part and i will do mine. 75% of physical therapy and rehab occurs when you are not in session.I have had patients improve more with 2 session of telehealth physical therapy with me than the 2 months that they were going in person and only getting worse. ask yourself how long have you been dealing with the same issue over and over again.
it did not take a pandemic to prove that telehealth works. it has been used in physical therapy practice to reach patients and provide care for a long time.
